High Silica and Alkali-Free Microspheres ...
Many applications require high silica or pure silica while silicate
glass microspheres have maximum silica content about 80wt%
silica (Pyrex). The most common silicate glass microspheres
usually have 60-75wt% silica (window glass). Our high silica
microspheres have at least 98wt% silica. High silica glass
microspheres are typical sodium free and boron free, both are
extremely important for certain applications. In addition, major
properties of high silica glass microspheres may be functionally
