High Silica and Alkali-Free Microspheres ...
Many applications require high silica or pure silica while silicate
glass microspheres have maximum silica content about 80wt%
silica (Pyrex). The most common silicate glass microspheres
usually have 60-75wt% silica (window glass). Our high silica
microspheres have at least 98wt% silica. High silica glass
microspheres are typically sodium free and boron free, both are
extremely important for certain applications (e.g. electronics). In
addition, major properties of high silica glass microspheres may be
